Dreadful thoughts awaken inner peace.

Felt beneath the breath.

Ease of pain awakened the soul.

Only a shadow of ones self,

Kills the psych if left without control.

Discipline endures agony.

Felt in my breast.

Enduring is all I've known,

My shadow.

No more.

Accept and let go.

And let life flow.

Be gone shadow.

As this is how I shall glow.
