I let my soul be yours

Before your alter I lay with the remaining pain I hold

I lay it before you to spare me with Grace; calm my aching heart in hopes to see better days.

I believe in the power of you who has embraced on this earth the wonders and miracles that come with your touch and warmth of us on our lonely days.

I see the storms have calmed down; now I’m feeling the lighter days
